I do not recommend staying here. Customer service is horrible, we waited over 2 hours for our room to be clean and I got the attitude from the staff for the inconvenience. As if it was my fault the room wasn’t cleaned on time, not only that the rooms were poorly cleaned. Stay away from extended stay!
There was literally a used set of woman’s underwear in the corner of my room. No coffee maker in the room Water coming out of the shower wall. Disgusting.
Check in time is check in time 3pm is the posted check in time for this property. I got there just after 4 needing to be able to check into my room. I was told that my room was not yet available and they had another room that was. The issue was that I pre-paid for my King room and what they had for me was a Queen. I had to get ready for my event and needed to take the Queen room because it was ready. Very disappointing. I have used this property in the past and have always been willing to return. That was until this visit.
Didn't like the service and the hotel's lack of cleanliness
There system was down when checking in. Had to wait over 20 minutes. Following day, got locked out of the main entrance. Intercom doesn't work and neither does their buzzer to let them know we were outside. Had to call the front desk, after waiting outside for 10 minutes and trying to reach them did they finally let us in. Was not very convenient. Was locked outside with 2 other people.
Do not stay here The dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in… from the parking lot to the lobby, stairs, elevator and room. I was amazed by how dirty this place was. We found cockroaches in our sink, rust all over the bathroom and grime everywhere. Additionally, the non smoking room we were in reeked of smoke. This is also not a safe property, multiple entrance doors were broken and propped open with trash. Save your money and do not stay at a hotel that isn’t providing the service they advertise.
