I was in Pheonix for a conference at a nearby resort. For a four night stay this hotel was $1500 cheaper than the resort hotel. I stayed here and walked to the meeting. This hotel needs some updates and has an odor throughout. They do not clean your room and exchange towels while you are there which i liked . I could have exchanges towels or requested a bedding change if needed . Since I was by myself I am glad I stayed here and saved the money. If I had my family with i would have paid the extra for a nicer hotel.

The late check-in was not so smooth, but everything else was great! It is a great value for the money!

Incidently ....Continued Continued ....I thanked her and got the keys to the room . She called me back to remind me that if I was to smoke (I don't) or have an undeclared pet that the debit card my friend gave them would be charged $200 !

Poor water pressure and corroded shower fixture that made it very difficult to obtain hot water.
