The front desk person was polite and helpful. The room was clean but basic. Few amenities. Breakfast included was coffee or tea with granola bars or muffins (prepackaged). Reasonable value

Shouldn't advertise as having breakfast, really doesn't.

cost a little high heater in room was noisy dogs barking

I like the location. I didn't like the amenities. I didn't like having to go to the front desk every time i needed cookware. That was an inconvenience.

Clean room, great area, affordable The location of the hotel is great, very close proximity to Target, Starbucks, and several other businesses within walking distance. I was sort of surprised they said there was no housekeeping unless you stayed seven days, but they still provided enough towels, and would bring more if you asked. The room was clean, layout was nice, and while I didn’t cook, the fridge and stove are a great addition in case you plan on cooking during your stay.

Good if know in advance what to expect Minimal service at a great price, everything you really need. The breakfast is hot coffee/tea and muffin/bars. The only concern is WiFi: it seems they prevent streaming and downloading to sell paid connection. I am not sure, what it creates more: revenue, or frustration?

I was in Pheonix for a conference at a nearby resort. For a four night stay this hotel was $1500 cheaper than the resort hotel. I stayed here and walked to the meeting. This hotel needs some updates and has an odor throughout. They do not clean your room and exchange towels while you are there which i liked . I could have exchanges towels or requested a bedding change if needed . Since I was by myself I am glad I stayed here and saved the money. If I had my family with i would have paid the extra for a nicer hotel.
