The room lacked trash can, no shower curtain, and refrigerator was not plugged in.

Check in was fine. Agent was friendly and helpful. Once in the room, a VERY strong odor of air freshener was evident to a point of inducing headaches. Which makes me wonder what are they trying to mask. Room seemed cleaned, but seeing stained/mildewy office chair; bathroom cabinet door needing repair or repainting makes me feel that the room is unclean. I felt like the value was just not there. This was a … unique experience. First, the ladies I encountered at the desk were pleasant enough. Would Not Stay Again The shower handle came off an there was mold underneath it. The whole room smelled of smoke as well.

Not Worth It We were unable to stay due to how unsanitary/unclean the room was. The bed was falling apart. The front desk person was very rude upon our arrival
