Good place I work nights and the staff is very understanding. They let me sleep and pay when I wake up. Can't ask for more than that.

Make an effort It was good for the price but it could have been better.

Phoenix/Chandler lodging ... The Hotels.com site says for this hotel "A complementary breakfast is offered each morning. [...] This Phoenix hotel also offers coffee/tea in a common area, ..." The truth is that all that was available was coffee, hot water, instant chocolate and breakfast bars, in the lobby. I asked the management if they ever offered a "complementary breakfast, and she said no, only what is put out in the lobby each morning - but that she would look into what was printed on the Hotels.com site and have it cha... read more

A pleasant stay We just needed a clean and safe place to spend one night after a long drive. The hotel fit the bill. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. No frills.

Secluded hotel I love how the hotel is in a quiet, secluded area. On the downside the hotel can be tricky to find at first. Customer service at the front desk is slow as they're either not available or there is a line out the door. I booked through Travelocity and on my last night checked out in the morning (two days early) well within the required check out time. Because I didn't call Travelocity before 11am, the hotel refused to acknowledge that I checked out in time.

Excellent staff Checked in with Elsa she was very helpful and knowledgeable. Room was clean and spacious. Hotel staff is knowledgeable and very friendly.
