The +'s and -'s When the light is out they are all the same. The price was right. The shower head was very good. Lots of places to eat close by.This was a difficult location to find due to a VERY small street sign (3'X4'). The towels were very old and the texture of burlap. Middle Eastern cooking smells were heavy.

Extended Stay America Phoenix Hotel was adequate. Some areas were dirty; for example the ventilation screens. One morning there was no hot water. I had to take a cold shower. Not very pleasant.

Worth a stay Good place for a night or so. Location is great-easy access to I-10 (but still quiet). Nice places to eat, movie theater, shopping, all in walking distance. Decent decor, good water pressure, didn't hear anyone above us or beside us, clean grounds, corridor and rooms, friendly staff at front desk. Keep in mind that it's designed for longer stays so there's no toiletries--just a soap as the thought is you'll be supplying that stuff yourself. Convenient location hotel Our recent stay at Extended Stay was very pleasant. It was very sufficient for the price! It is nothing fancy but was very adequate for our needs and especially for the price.

Cleanliness The carpet and floors in the halls and the by the elevator were very dirty (on 3rd floor).

Where's the sigh The bones of this hotel is fine there are a few areas that need work, First is the sign at the entrance is 1/5 the size of the rest of the signs on the same road, the front desk staff except for one need training in customer service. The only reliable clerk was Ruben (2nd shift) he needs to run the desk staff not the one in charge now.over night was just flat out rude. Where first shift says yes and it did not happen

Extended Stay America Phoenix - Chandler This was a VERY affordable hotel that worked out perfecty for us. We were only going to stay for one night to see if we liked it. We ended staying another 5 nights. The location was perfect. It is an extended stay property so it did not have all the ammenities of a regulat hotel, but it had everything we needed. The staff was helpful, the condition of the property was good, it had a kitchen and free WiFi. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Phoenix.

WHAT WONDERFUL STAFF!!! THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, EVERYONE WAS SO HELPFUL!!!
