Extended Stay America Phoenix - Chandler Location is tucker behind a strip mall with minimal signage to identify location - heard people upstairs pacing across the floor while trying to sleep - waited 5 minutes for someone to show up at checkout - maid came to door early in am - would think the front desk would notify maids when people check out - a/c was noisy and turned off and on every 5 minutes

I booked a room last minute because my AC went out and couldn't be fixed until the next day. After spending the afternoon in a 92 degree house, the 2 air conditioners felt like heaven! We also made use of the pool. I was also very impressed with the nice girl at the front desk. I will stay there again:)

Great Location The bed and pillow was not that great!!! Would recommend bringing your own pillow!!!

Good for the price Pros: Close to shopping centers and other near by attractions. Cons: Stove didn't work. Called for clean towels and didn't receive any.

Kind of hard to find but great value Outstanding front desk staff, Comfortable room, plenty of room for 4 adults, Easy to see from highway but entrance sign was blocked by plants. Would recommend
