Clean but disappointing Went down for spring training...great location, but could hear the people upstairs walking around all night. Hotel has a table outside but no outside seating to go with it. Would recommend if on a budget, but bring ear plugs to sleep and your own lawn chair!

My first stay at Extended Stay America The stay was great, just was disappointed that the room wasn't ready at the 3pm check-in time they told us... But other than that this was a great stay would highly recommend if you're just looking for a quick-stay place

Couples getaway My Girlfriend and I had a pleasant visit at this Extended Stay hotel. We booked a room for a one night romantic get away. The room was in good over all condition, the TV and the AC unit actually worked unlike another hotel we had stayed at not too long ago. The only thing she didn't like was some sort of musky smell that had seemed to be coming from the fridge, but once we turned the air on, all was fine. Not a bad stay Not a bad stay. Friendly staff, clean room. However, the overflowing trashcan right outside the hotel's entrance (which was not emptied during our entire stay Saturday-Monday) would have turned me away from this place had I not already paid for my room.

Glad it was only 2days Stayed here during Super Bowl weekend which made it very expensive for a very mediocre hotel. Beds were not comfortable and there was no maid service. Would not have chosen it had there been an alternative. Nearby cinema, shops, restaurants,bars and supermarket were a great bonus.

Not a Regular Hotel Stayed here for 3 nights for the Superbowl. It is NOT a regular hotel with amenities. Its an extended stay hotel. Pros: convenient location, close to shopping and food.rooms were clean. You can borrow kitchen equipment. Friendly staff. Cons: Maid service is only once a week. Desk staff is not available 24 hours. "Breakfast" was coffee and granola bars. Pillows were flat. If you need a no-frills space for a longer stay, this place is fine.
