I was very impressed with front desk the staff at this hotel. I had accidently booked the wrong size bed, and they allowed me to upgrade for a small amount more. I also forgot shampoo, and they were accomidating in giving me more to use. The nose from the AC seemed to bother my husband, but I didn't notice it. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice room, and great customer service! I only stayed one night, so I was not able to take advantage of the extended stay amenities. Customer service was genuinely helpful throughout my brief stay. There are some good family restaurants close by. A bit pricy. If I had to do another overnight, I'd probably choose to stay at a "regular" type of hotel.

Nice and quiet Loved the hotel we stayed in it was very quiet and peaceful nice hotel where you can really go and relax

Yumagirl The room was good. The other rooms were a little noisy(dogs barking)in the early morning. TV has little or no good channels.

Stayed for a month. One weekly scheduled housekeeping did not occur on day it should have.

I let mgmt know I wasn't happy with electricians tape covering a hole in the shower and the vent cover missing so I could see all the dust in the bathroom. I was told they didn't want to rent out that room but it was needed. I asked why I got it, I made my reservation over a month in advance. She said the rooms are let out first come, so by my checking in at 5:30p.m. on a Friday I got the room for being so late.
