Dated Hotel, Needs some TLC Room was large and clean, however the rooms, hallways, bathrooms are dated in appearance with the furniture and fixtures looking more than a little worn. The hotel is pet friendly however I did not appreciate the five rooms on my floor which contained constantly barking dogs. Perhaps a pet friendly floor would be more appropriate for owners of poorly trained pets.

Great staff, and stay. Only thing wrong, it surprised me at no ice machines, other than that, great stay.

AMAZING THX ALICIA!!! I traveled in from sandiego and on my way to Arizona my A.C. Died!!! It was 110 degrees and I was 2.5 hrs early before check in time. The front desk girl Alicia was AMAZING she took into consideration my situation she offered me an ICE cold water when I was checking in EARLY, most hotels won't do that regardless. Bottom line from now on I will always stay here and look for extended stay America hotels again!! I really appreciate the amazing costumer service the room was clean, comfy , and quiet. No coffee pot. No blow dryer. Dirty phone. Dirty remote. Door to staircase was outside my door and I heard it open and close all night. I received random phone calls at night, not for me. Sprinkler on ceiling had a hole around it, I was paranoid there was a camera peeking in.
