I let mgmt know I wasn't happy with electricians tape covering a hole in the shower and the vent cover missing so I could see all the dust in the bathroom. I was told they didn't want to rent out that room but it was needed. I asked why I got it, I made my reservation over a month in advance. She said the rooms are let out first come, so by my checking in at 5:30p.m. on a Friday I got the room for being so late. I was very impressed with front desk the staff at this hotel. I had accidently booked the wrong size bed, and they allowed me to upgrade for a small amount more. I also forgot shampoo, and they were accomidating in giving me more to use. The nose from the AC seemed to bother my husband, but I didn't notice it. I would definitely stay here again.
