disgusting just dont do it !!! bad smell, cigarette smoke, cigarette butts in the hallway, dirt old clothing in elevator, stains on the bedding... this is not a place you want to stay in !!! just plain out nasty !!! internet wasnt working so front desk told me i should call customer service if i want it to work....wth??? if there was a minus rating i would rate -5

Disappointing Very dated interior. Hotel staff was not friendly. Breakfast was lacking and such a waste.

Not Good. I had stayed in these before but not at this location. The staff was very friendly but the room it self was awful. There was no hair dyer, no shampoo, conditioner or lotion. Every faucet leaked with that annoying drip sound.

Not worth price Hotel looks great from outside. Once in room, No relote, not enough towels, no blow dryer. Not even pen & paper to leave note. If we wanted anything we had to go downstairs to get it or to be put on list to get it. When you got to lobby, may have to wait 15 - 30 minutes to get anyone to come see what you want. And the breakfast that is scheduled from 6am - 9am, muffins, fruit, oatmeal packets and coffee. Coffee was usually empty, and if things started to run low at 8:40, you were told well it ends at 9. I was disapointed with the 3rd floor set-up. According to the host the 3rd floor was devided one halph for smokeing, and the other for non-smoking. I reserved a non-smokeing room and found a ash tray in my room. The host did not have a good explanation and could not give a diffrent room. The whole floor stunk like smoke and was permanateing all over. I delt with it, but not wish to stay there anytime soon again.

would not recommend this hotel stair rail was on the floor next to the stairs for 3 days even after reporting it. evidently if you book a stay for over 7 days hotel only cleans your room 1 time and it was they day before we left. hotel ignored 2 requests to clean room (even for a charge). the recliner in the room was so old and stained refused to even lay my clothes on it.
