Not a hotel Not what I expected, it was more like a indoor camp ground. Other patrons were very noisy. The place was not kept up to the standard of even a 3 star hotel. Repairs were not possible, because of ineptness. I didn't feel overly safe there. I honestly won't stay there again. Bathroom was dirty. Cable kept going out. No hot water in evenings. Bathroom fixtures didn't work properly. What was promised in ad as far as kitchen utensils weren't supplied. Any services were at an additional cost. It was all very disappoint... read more

Terrible Hotel room was not up to standards....mold and mildew in the shower....bathroom has giant hole in the floor, which was covered by a bath rug...of all things? Tried to watch television and the remote was gone...no maid service so towels had to be reused as well as linens...overall was one of the worst hotels i have ever stayed at

Extremely Disappointing I arrived to checked in. The employee was new and informed me of her inexperience 3 times. I was never informed of any possible change to my reservation. I got into the elevator which was in poor cosmetic condition with etched tagging on the door. Door opened and I was "smacked" in the face by an intense and displeasing cigarette smoke odor. My husband and I didn't even end up staying, it was so bad!! We walked into our room to the smell of fresh paint. We were supposed to have a king size bed, it was a queen, and there were no chairs to sit on. The best they would do is offer us a 20% discount for the room!! No thank you!! I am now working to get my money back for this disaster! I would not recommend staying here!!!

Disappointed I arrived around Midnight. Apparently I got the last room they had. I smelled musty but appeared clean. The bathroom was setup for a handicap person. The shower area did not appear clean and had stains on the shower seat. There was no vanity, so there was no room to put your toiletries in the bathroom or else where. The towels were like a brillo pad and when someone above used the restroom, it sounded like a flood of water was coming through the walls (every time). I will not return to this extended stay. Average, at best. Typical "you get what you pay for" Nothing special. No shampoos. Had to ask for hair dryer. NO maid/cleaning service unless you are there longer than a week. "free" breakfast was just muffins and oatmeal bars. Kitchen average. Most of the channels on the TV were fuzzy. Surprisingly quiet. The ENTIRE third floor is smoking. Good location for Mesa, off of 60, but far enough that you don't deal with highway traffic.

Unorganized Manager The asked if rooms were available for early check in, received a key for dirty room.The fire alarm went off early in the morning, it was extremely loud! Strange people staying there..Was supposed to have an upgraded painted room, yet the walls were all scuffed up.

OK Hotel, but a bit disappointing An OK place, but fell short in a couple of areas: 1. No hand soap or shampoo in the bathroom, when we called the front desk, they indicated they we too busy to help us and asked we call back later (they eventually delivered the products to the room (at my request)) 2. Cracked counter top in kitchen area 3. Extremely LOUD bathroom fan 4. Paid Expedia for King Bed, but the only King Room left did not have a TV that worked.
