Up In Smoke Upon late arrival I was told that they were overbooked and I was provided with a smoking room in a smoking floor. I always request non-smioking on Hotels.com. Yuck! I had already paid and it was too late to go elsewhere. So I opened the windows so I could sleep. The next night they found a non-smoking room for me on another floor. Not for me Smells, carpets are stained floors unkept, moved to 3 different rooms, each time they checked me into a room the beds were not made and the room I finally received was not very clean.

slum motel Simple... *No pillow cases on pillows, had to ask for some. *Bed old and sqeeky with stained sheets. *Internet speed incredibly slow, only $5 for entire stay but if you wanted it faster then a snail's pace you have to pay extra. *Check out is at 11am but at 9am I received a call from front desk clerk, "Are you leaving?" I responded, "Excuse me? Check out isn't until 11am, correct?" "Are you planning on staying another night?" Completely rude.

Motel 6 downgrade The worst motel. I could have stayed at motel 6 and saved money. The bed was like sleeping on the floor

Extended stay Chandler The bed was completely uncomfortable. If I had to stay at this hotel for any length of time, my back would be completely stiff and hurting. The pillows were definitely very small and flat. I did love the hot shower with lot's of pressure.

Service? Waht's That? I was not aware of a scenario, where a hotel does not have cleaning services. Regardless of the price structure, people go to a hotel becasue of convenience, not to be bringing down your own sheet, towels, bed spread, etc. I will never book another reservation at this hotel; unless their cleaning procedures changes for short stay customers. My family hates me for making them stay for tow nights at the "Extended Stay". Never again.....

I guess if you cant afford any better.... Hard bed, non working door keys, frendly staff, awesome shower pressure, paper thin walls, old everything, scary elevator..
