Service isnt everything The people at the front desk are amazing! But the hotel its self sucks. I seen the mesa police department there more times aday then the pizza boy was makes me think where am i staying.. trust me you dont want to stay at this over priced hotel go to there sister hotel off 13st you will get a better night sleep
Substandard Hotel My husband and I stayed here after a few years and this place has gone downhill. The room was NOT clean at all. It smelled and there was no bedspread. We put towels down to sit on the furniture because it was so filthy. Everything had stains, the room was old and we never took our shoes off. There was a roach on the bed when we arrived. Smelled of cigarette smoke It smelled bad and lots missing or not working in the room. The staff was nice.
Not much to see here Boring old tired property with a staff to match. Won't be back.
Day 2 no tolite paper.. this place is a joke ive been paying out alot of money to stay here im talking like 70-80 bucks a night for the past month just to get told there is no tolite paper we dont have clean towels and sorry but we only have plan oatmeal in the morning for breakfast... No body even cleaned my room i have to do it all myself.. i hope i can get some reimbursement back for all this headach.. trust me if its over 50$ its not worth it here
The room had dirty sheets on the bed it was full of hair and a Brown stain so I just sleep on the sofa I only needed to sleep for a couple hours before getting back on the road.
Didn't feel safe as 2 females staying there. Staff missed up our checkin ,so twice we had people try to enter our room. Will never stay there again and would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!
