room 302 At our arrival check in was quick, and even a friendly face to do so for you no complaints there. I get on the elevator to get to my third floor room it rattles and shakes I feel that from the noise I hear as it struggles upwards, may I say I fear elevators slightly, then the doors on the third floor slide open it reeks of casino when I could of sworn it said no smoking on the info for the room, last but not least the hand or face towel on the sink of the w.c. was staines a little mord yellow than its white mates it... read more

not bad at all it was a nice place. it was clean and the people were very friendly. over all it was a very nice place to stay over night

The worst hotel I've ever been in!!! The hotel was nasty, it was so bad we checked out right after we checked in. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to others!!!!

Expected so much more I arrive very late and had a hard time being let into the lobby through the locked doors. I woke in the morning expecting to make coffee. No coffee maker, no phone, no clock. I then discovered that my room with a kitchenette didn't have any plates, glasses, cookware. In fact the kitchenette was completely empty. When I went to the desk they informed me that you have to request those items. So they then filled a plastic tote with stuff for me to take to my room. Disappointing for Extended Stay...... Having stayed at Extended Stay America facilities before, this was NOT my most pleasant stay. I give high marks for the bed linens, they were exceptionally crisp and nicely done. However, it goes downhill from there. The kitchen sink countertop had visible numerous burn marks on it, probably from cigarettes, real nasty looking. Wouldn't stay again Air conditioner in the room stopped working halfway through the night! Lukewarm water in the shower. Room was outdated and didn't feel clean.

Place looks nice on the outside, and it's in a nice area. The inside is terrible. I saw a small spider on the bed.
