Just to sleep I went to a conference in the convention center, the hotel is near the train and you can easily go to downtown The room has nothing special, small, but it was ok only to sleep not to stay there.

Light rail Easy ride on light rail to down town, convention center , very weak and miss leading breakfast bar

Close to the light rail. This was convenient to the light rail, and the staff were very friendly. I didn't understand why no one came to clean my room for 4 whole days. It was a long-stay style place, yet the kitchen was not stocked with plates, utensils or pots or pans. I had to ask for them, and go down the the desk to pick them up. The explanation I was given was "If we left them in the rooms, people would steal them."

Very relaxed and quiet. Very clean room and the hotel is in a good location for shopping and good restaurants.

Good Hotel...not so good breakfast...just coffee and a muffin is not a breakfast..

Erik I showed up to Extended stay America @3am after I checked out of my other bug infested hotel.And was pleasently surprised at the customer service Kimberly I believe her name is.She works nights she literally saved us from sleeping in the car for the night because Orbitz made a mistake .She went above and beyond to find us a room and clean it and made sure we had a place to stay for the night .

Looks better in the pictures than in person I wouldn't stay here again. Not my type of place. Not that bad. Just a little dirty the sofa bed was the size of a twin bed couldn't fit 2 people. And it had popcorn kernels in it. The mattress was dirty and came with no sheets on it. The kitchen area didn't appear to look to clean. Some walls were dirty.
