Erik I showed up to Extended stay America @3am after I checked out of my other bug infested hotel.And was pleasently surprised at the customer service Kimberly I believe her name is.She works nights she literally saved us from sleeping in the car for the night because Orbitz made a mistake .She went above and beyond to find us a room and clean it and made sure we had a place to stay for the night .

Looks better in the pictures than in person I wouldn't stay here again. Not my type of place. Not that bad. Just a little dirty the sofa bed was the size of a twin bed couldn't fit 2 people. And it had popcorn kernels in it. The mattress was dirty and came with no sheets on it. The kitchen area didn't appear to look to clean. Some walls were dirty.

Okay for bed and shower Minimalist hotel/extended stay with minimalist service and accommodations. Please do not call a wrapped muffin and coffee a continental breakfast, especially when the coffee pots were mostly empty. Room was dusty and smeared, staff barely friendly and mostly nonexistent. I could have paid half the price and stayed at a motel 6 with equal quality. I would not recommend

You should know what you're getting staying here. Budget, plain and simple. I had tons of unnecessary space, kitchen, two beds and two TVs. General perks: You're right near the Osborn LIGHT RAIL station. Maybe a quarter mile tops. So easy access to Airport now with their connecting train to your terminal. Access to great coffee and restaurants throughout Central/DT Phx.
