Funny smelling room The room kind of stunk....literally. I couldnt really put my finger on the smell but it wasnt a good one. Bed was lumpy and the toilet disnt really work great. Shower was okay, and i did love that it had a kitchen eventhough i didnt use it. I also loved the fridge. This was a full blown fridge not a mini.

FAMILY TRIP WE WENT TO VISIT OUR DAUGHTER AND GRANDDAUGHTER OVER THE WEEKEND AND STAYED HERE. HOTEL WAS VERY CLEAN, STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY TO ALL OF OUR NEEDS.

Great staff, clean room, right down town Everyone at the hotel was extremely helpful. Had a problem connecting to the internet, the staff had it corrected in less that two minutes.

It was nice..I didn't hear people upstairs walking or didn't hear the tv on in nearby rooms

Meh Don’t know who to blame, it’s either Hotels.com or the hotel. Our reservation could not be found, we were told to wait for a general manager while all the other guests came first. Unfortunately, we had plans and had to leave after we personally took care of the error. Because of the error, I was forced to change in the parking lot and I had to bring along my family.
