A nice hotel close to a lightrail station I checked in quite late (@11 pm) due to my late arrival and the front door was locked. I picked up the phone near the door and called the front desk for checking in. No complain, the staff was very patiently aided me in checking in, introduced me the hotel policy, the availability of utensils, the location of the fitness center and how to order to save money. Just to sleep I went to a conference in the convention center, the hotel is near the train and you can easily go to downtown The room has nothing special, small, but it was ok only to sleep not to stay there.

Light rail Easy ride on light rail to down town, convention center , very weak and miss leading breakfast bar

Close to the light rail. This was convenient to the light rail, and the staff were very friendly. I didn't understand why no one came to clean my room for 4 whole days. It was a long-stay style place, yet the kitchen was not stocked with plates, utensils or pots or pans. I had to ask for them, and go down the the desk to pick them up. The explanation I was given was "If we left them in the rooms, people would steal them."

Very relaxed and quiet. Very clean room and the hotel is in a good location for shopping and good restaurants.
