Everything was ok, it was only that we went there when the elevator was out of service .
I have enjoyed the comradely the staff brings to the atmosphere! They are personable while remaining very professional!
Front desk staff was very nice, but the room smelled like food/ spices. So bad I had to buy glade plug ins. Fridge was off and it smelled bad. Had to wipe counters, fridge and restroom myself with Clorox wipes, they all turned up brown. Stayed on first floor because the elevator wash broken. Entire downstairs. Hallway smelled so bad; like dirty and burned food.

Unsatisfactory As I went to check in I was told the room I requested was unavailable. They had to give me 2 separate rooms on different floors forcing ny husband to stay in one room with our son while I stayed in another room with my daughter l. The room I stayed in smelled like cigarette when I clearly asked for a nonsmoking room. The elevator did not working making us having to carry our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor.
