AV bday weekend Room was good for a quick visit to AZ. Joe at the front desk was very prompt, friendly and helpful.
The hotel seemed very old and stuffy. There was an odor as soon as we entered our room. I had to purchase air fresheners.

Everything was dated. The breakfast was a real disappointment. Coffee and oatmeal. We are use to a nice spread for breakfast, waffles muffins eggs cereal toast bagels, not coffee and oatmeal. We would not stay here again.

Room condition was not bad but the refrigerator was pretty old one. It made a sound all night so I couldn’t sleep very well.

the management staff was very welcoming and provided excellent and professional customer service.
Expected of a cheap hotel Selected because it was convenient for a one night stay. Welcoming staff were friendly and the best part of the stay. The room was small but clean. Cheap linens, scratchy toilet paper, tissues, poor mattress, bathtub shower, noisy AC took this down to a 2 star hotel rating.
