Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Would gladly stay here again.
The room was clean. The restroom door was broken and there was an old smell coming from the fridge.

Kathy at the front desk was amazing. She got coffee for us and did a couple of other things to help us out. She definitely went above and beyond what we expected. The staff are great. The property is clean but needs updating.

Good service-not very clean The hotel was in a great location, the service was very good. We received requested items very promptly. One of the rooms was not very clean. The elevator was out of service which was fine for us, we like to take the stairs.

Was visiting for Son's Graduation, check in time is 3pm but needed to be at graduation around that's time. Explained that to front desk person upon arrival which was 1:30p an person showed lack of empathy for my situation to try and get a room ready fast. Had to wait 45 minutes to get a room which I believe could've been done faster to help me in my time crunch.. also saw a big cockroach squished just outside entrance to hotel which kinda grossed me out...the area is nice though.
