Quick check-in, friendly staff. The room had stains on the carpet but was very spacious.

Jenna, the acting manager, is very kind & very accommodating. All staff are welcoming, friendly & accommodating. Jenna stood out the most. Room is clean & all services were excellent..

The room (218) had an odor of marijuana. The smoke detector was covered with a plastic Walmart bag but there was a “smoke free” sign on the desk. The toilet seat had hair on it. I wasn’t impressed with the cleanliness at all.

It was an okay expierence. I just have never heard of a hotel with no ice and water machine.

The location was close the Arrowhead Center and mall. It was worth the stay.
