No room service unless you stay over 7 days. A coin operated laundry was available. The office would exchange towels daily but you had to bring them to the office. The hotel allows pets for a fee and one afternoon there was so much barking in our hallway we couldn’t believe it. The lobby was tiny with 2 easy chairs.

Small beds Great location and staff. The beds seemed a bit small for Queens. So nice to have a kitchen in the room.

Serves a purpose - need some work Okays. Not great. Shower leaked. Kitchen had a strange odor. Room 101 needs work. Front desk was nice and helped us for all our questions. I prefer Residence Inn Marriott and Quality Inn and Hampton Inn closet to Peoria sports complex where the Padres and Mariners play.
