Only complaint id thay there arent any ice machines, or even ice for purchase.

We checked in later in the evening and the gentleman at the front was on the phone upset with whomever he was speaking to. He hung up and asked me for my info, once that was provided he made a comment about how he hated the hotel.com site because they were already over booked for the night. I wasn't sure what that meant, because that wasn't the site I used to book the room, but finished check-in and went about my night.
