Love this hotel. Management went out of their way to assist us. My husband is recovering from back surgery so they helped with bags, etc. Really made us feel welcome.

Perfect location Close to Arrowhead Mall and a wide variety of restaurants.

Good for the airport and breakfast Average at best overall. Great staff all around-zero complaints in that area. Clean room but felt very dated. Hotel in general felt dated. No serious complaints but would def say this is a hotel for the business traveler seeking a room near the airport-not much else. Not a great area to venture out on a night walk.

wifi desert wifi very bad; faucet in tub would not shut off; I can live with the tub problem but I won't stay there again because the wifi is so bad.
Great location for baseball fans We spent 4 nights and attended 5 baseball games (Arizona Fall League). The location on Bell Rd was excellent and convenient to the ballparks and plenty of good dining nearby.

rooms do not have usb connections..had to spend $20.00 for plugs to use with usb asked housekeeping twice for more pillows..never brought them
