The outside of the building looked nice. Once entering you will find foul smells in the hallways. The furniture in the rooms is nice but the HOUSEKEEPER NEEDS TO DO A BETTER JOB!

I'd stay here again. I was very impressed. The bed was perfect, very comfortable. No problems with the free wi-fi. The area was safe and location was great, close to many many restaurants and the mall. Lots more shopping around too.

The bathroom was dirty. The bed was uncomfortable. Use to the hotels that have vending machines, ice machine and breakfast provided. It was okay but will not stay there again. Not my type of hotel.

Good hotel in a good area near the stadium. Standard hotel in a good area near a lot of restaurants. The staff was very helpful with a weird mixup in our reservation that could have been a big problem.

Less than a $100 Wifi password didn't work TV had 10 channels A/C worked well Continental breakfast was lackluster Water was warm Walls were paper thin

Had good experience and a fun time. Close to shopping and restaurants. I'd stay again.

Some really good staff but zero management on-site Overall, the hotel was clean and in good repair, and I have to shout out to the staff - some of those with whom I interacted were great, willing to go the extra mile. Still, I would not stay here again. There was a clear lack of any on-site management, as evidenced by the fact that when the building wide fire alarm sounded at 2 in the morning, the night clerk had no clue what to tell guests (evacuate, wait for the fire department, go outside?). Undisclosed non-refundable pet deposit Booked online for three nights over Thanksgiving. Arrived to discover there is a non-refundable $15 per pet per day deposit required, which was not disclosed when I made the initial booking. Chose the hotel because pets were allowed, and pre-paid, then arrived to learn about this fee, and was stuck. Not happy.
