Some really good staff but zero management on-site Overall, the hotel was clean and in good repair, and I have to shout out to the staff - some of those with whom I interacted were great, willing to go the extra mile. Still, I would not stay here again. There was a clear lack of any on-site management, as evidenced by the fact that when the building wide fire alarm sounded at 2 in the morning, the night clerk had no clue what to tell guests (evacuate, wait for the fire department, go outside?). Undisclosed non-refundable pet deposit Booked online for three nights over Thanksgiving. Arrived to discover there is a non-refundable $15 per pet per day deposit required, which was not disclosed when I made the initial booking. Chose the hotel because pets were allowed, and pre-paid, then arrived to learn about this fee, and was stuck. Not happy. Great hotel There was a problem with my bed choices because we needed two double beds for two guys. The couldn't accommodate us so they gave us two rooms for the price of one. What great service. I'll always try and stay with this chain. Awesome staff day & night 5 stars for service. I highly recommend this hotel

OK for the price point OK for the price, but no daily changing of sheets, towels etc. Grab and Go breakfast is a joke. Even though it advertisers a kitchen, you have to go to the front desk for dishes and flat wear. If I stay in the area again, it's OK for one night but not a week that I stayed. Next time, I will spend a little more and stay at a better place.

Good for long term stay since has kitchen Called operator after I went to room for a wake up call multiple times and no answer after 11 I would have preferred a hotel that had warm breakfast Did not need kitchen as we were there only one night and since this was flight and hotel booking I did not choose this hotel

Not Awful I will say I was happy with the cleanliness of the hotel and my room as well as the politeness of the staff. that being said, I was a little uncomfortable with the extremely active "regulars" staying here. There seems to be a large community of very long term residents here. They are all comfortable leaving their doors open and walking into each others rooms. The amount of smoking and loitering by the side entrance was less than pleasing. Overall, the place was nice, the people was the killer.
