Affordable Hotel with Surrounding Ammenities We went to the area for Spring Training and it was a great location to the ballparks in Surprise and Peoria. You can walk to the ballpark in Peoria if you so choose. There was shopping and eateries nearby. The room was large and fairly clean, but something people should relaize is that there is not everyday room service so it is on you to keep the room clean.
Spring training get away The stay was fine the location is very conveniently . To shopping and restaurant. I would stay again.
Spring Training Win We spent a week here for Spring Training (Go Mariners!) and was very happy with our stay. It was a 5 minute drive to the Peoria Sports Complex. The staff were excellet! Friendly, helpful and quick to respond. The kitchen was great, be sure to ask for pots, pants, at check in as they aren't stocked in the room. This website is misleading about the free breakfast but was clearly explained at check in as a "grab and go". They only do housekeeping if you're there for a week or longer, which didn't bug me. Overall it was a comfortable stay. Nothing fancy, but it had the amenities we needed for a 10 day stay. There was minimal coverage at the reception area, causing several long waits while customers were served.

Better than I expected Nice large room with full kitchen facilities Everything was clean. If you are looking for a good breakfast, go somewhere else but if you need to stay for any length of time this is a very good hotel
Good location, hotel didn't have my reservation and the room was not clean. There were several stains in the carpet throughout the room. I would not recommend this hotel
Employees Dont Assist with Anything This hotel was a joke. The staff were not helpful at all they had no idea what was in the area no idea how to get anywhere and the front desk worker brushed me off cause she was on her cell phone. Very unprofessional will never stay here again
