Happy Camper Glad to have economical place to stay for Spring Training. Enjoyed being close enough to walk to Peoria Sports Complex. Trader Joe's also within walking distance -- which contributed mightily to economy & healthy eating for my visit. Kitchenette supplies were a little lacking but a couple of visits to front desk took care of that. Appreciated cotton sheets & towels -- polyester blankets & bedding not so much. Staff very helpful.

fair Stayed 2 nights and no housekeeping which I found strange. Expected fresh towels, emptied trash, and soap at the very least after the first day. Free breakfast was small table with next to nothing. Plus they said at check-in they put some sort of hold on Credit Card which was not expected. Will stay elsewhere next time in town.

Rating of Extended Stay America The stay was fine. The room was clean and airy. The hotel location was good. Close to major thoroughfares and shopping.

Cloae to everything This is the best extended stay we have stayed at. Very beautiful, clean and in a central part close to shopping and all restaurants. Very pleased with this motel and would not hesitate to use them again

Its an OK Its an OK hotel, the hotel doesn't provide, soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion.

Hotel room Carpets were really dirty. Other than that room was ok. Seemed cleaning of room went down each day example first day great second day no new soap third day no bottled water left and garbage not emptied.

Good for an extended stay on a budget Is a very nice clean hotel, close to all the stores you could possibly need and to freeways as well. My only real complaint, is the lack of amenities at the hotel. Have to go to the gas station to buy ice. Continental breakfast is very lacking, coffee and muffins and a few pieces of fruit is it. It is very nice to have a full size fridge in the room and the availability to cook you own food. I would definitely stay here again

Multiple Pet Owners Beware! While description says Pet Fee is $25 per accommodation, once you arrive Rule #1 is only ONE PET. Also, although relatively new, everything seems done on the cheap. Towels are paper-thin. Breakfast is coffee and a few granola bars, no juice, fruit and muffin baskets empty. Linoleum floor in bath and entry. Three pillows, four hangers. No one at front desk for at least 20 minutes to check in. So I left and came back an hour later to have someone check me into my room.
