Broken down drawers and cabinets. Rooms looked dirty.

Never again. No hot water for any room. Wouldn't call plumber. Everyone had to wait until the morning. Several people complaining but still refused to fix problem. We left for next destination without showering. Remote control needed batteries. Clerk didn't know how to use screwdriver. Bed very, very uncomfortable.

Dirty hotel... sheets were not changed. Shower curtains were dirty... blood or feces stains... the shower and tub had stains. There was trash in our bed. 2 words. NEVER AGAIN.

Uncomfortable bed and sofa bed. Can’t sleep. Different room then what I reserved. Sorry usually never complaining because not so picky. But this time very disappointed

When we checked in the front desk person said we did not have a room. She also said she called us, but we never received a call. When talking to us, the customer service representative completely ignored us completing check in and when a white customer came in checked him in and gave him a double bed room. I don’t often get that response when I travel with my family, but I believe this representative was giving us a head time because we were Native. Worst place to stay . Switched 2 rooms and both are bad . At least 2nd room was better compared to 1st room . It smells bad , bathroom is not clean . Reported at front office no action taken about cleaning.

This place is a health hazard! Horrible asked for late check out got yelled at by manager my pregnant wife was accused of smoking by some manager the whole place smelled like smoke we do not smoke she is pregnant then he said he wanted to come in and look around I was in the shower not appropriate! Went to tell front desk and could not speak to manager would not address any issues black mold around tub disgusting room smelled like stale popcorn and there was disgusting stuff in the broken dishwasher paint coming off walls an... read more
