I don't provide bad surveys but the service was a little poor. It took a while to get checked in and then I was sent to room that was not even made or presentable to new guests.
Good staff
I needed a place close to Mayo phoenix hospital. It was excellent for this as other places close to the hospital were much more expensive. It was clean with kitchen and refrigerator but no special amenities but at hospital all day so was just what I needed.

Cockroaches everywhere Place is OK countertop was wobbling. Woke up in the morning with roaches everywhere completely disgusting

Would pass on this hotel. Room has significant damage from previous guests ALL over the room. Burn damages that could not be explained. Floors could use a good scrub with a mop, all socks are black now. The Restroom door did not close due to the door and toilet placement, which could be corrected with a better-sized toilet seat. Television was horrible, went dark, and was unable to adjust the settings.
