Check-in late and the staff were able to accommodate my family. Took awhile but still got into a room.
Smelled of smoke, otherwise considering the rate as expected so really ok, breakfast option was silly

The hotel is decent however they do not provide wash clothes or even soap! There was no soap in our room, only a tiny tube of shampoo which we used for soap to wash with. There were only bath towels, no hand towels or washcloths either. Otherwise it was fine and the location is very convenient.

The property was pretty much as expected given the area and pricing compared to many around. A reasonable deal for the stay. My only real disappointment was the description of free breakfast was only an oatmeal and coffe bar and not what we had been quit accustomed to in our travels. None the less it served our purpose and was affordable. .
The hotel room was fine, we were in town for the Phoenix Open and the hotel location was perfect. The lady at the front desk was a complete hag, super rude and unfriendly.
