Room was very clean , staff were friendly and wanted to try and make sure you have a nice stay.
We stayed there as family was having at procedure at Mayo Clinic. We really weren’t in the room much but when we were, we heard a person cough as they were walking by. It was like they were in the same room with us. There was tons of light showing around the door frame and we heard every little sound from other rooms. Our room wasn’t exceptionally clean and we found a hairball on the carpet right as we walked in the room. BUT every interaction with staff was pleasant and they were beyond helpful.
