I couldn’t get the water on for a shower. The clerk transposed my last name with my cousin’s so I couldn’t use the internet. I couldn’t get the tv to full screen so I had to watch it in a very small window in the top left hand corner.

The Staff is wonderful especially Rebecca-she was pleasant, professional and had a great attitude! The area is perfect for shopping and dining as well.

Great location, near a nice shopping and entertainment area. For the price range the hotel is nice, the room was a bit dated, and the kitchenette was a bit run down.
