Just "ok". This was a business trip. I booked for 2 nights. The rooms are very outdated. Need upgrades. Fridge was noisy. No breakfast. Tiny coffee setup in the lobby is it. The positive is that it is close to Old Town Scottsdale. Good location. Overall, a 2.5 out of 5. Most likely would not stay here again.

Smelly, unclean The smelledof cooked fish, paw prints on counter tops, layer of dirt on top of fridge

ESTANCIA EN EL HOTEL El hotel se encuentra en un lugar muy céntrico, fue muy elevado el costo, quizá por la fecha, los cuartos olían exageradamente a cigarro, esto no permitía el descanso, las alfombras muy sucias y la colcha de la cama, no hacen la limpieza de los cuartos hasta que se termine la estancia. El desayuno incluido es cafe a escoger todos los días una manzana o un moffin.

yuck No frills really means no frills. No water in the room poor clientele. Loud and smelled of smoke. Would rather pay the extra money abd stay elsewhere.

My stay Not clean, shower head sprayed everywhere, lavatory faucet broken, some sort of glue or something on the counter top.

Cold Night The heater did not work. They sent the front desk lady to look at it, she could not get it to work. She offered me another blanked. It got down to 46 degrees that night, and I was freezing and got sick. I asked for another room and she said they could not move me. When I complained again when I checked out and asked for a partial refund, they said my reservation came from Expedia and they could not do anything about a refund. Bed bugs and burrito in microwave left for 3 days Found bed bugs on the mattress, absolute night mare dealing with managers, front desk. Also found a burrito in the microwave three days after checking in which tells you house keeping doesn't do their job.
