Domestic Violence made up for few tv channels This was probably my fault for not researching hotels better, but I was less than impressed by the clientele in neighboring rooms. I suspect the obnoxious drunk girls screaming all night were hookers, and we woke up early to a quality domestic squabble that carried on for hours. Never Stay, Mold and slow internet I live in Scottsdale and commonly will rent a hotel room to get paperwork down with out having the destractions I have at home. This hotel has very slow internet speed. I took the last main floor room since they do not have a elevator and I walk up stairs with bags due to my disability. I walked in the bathroom and it smelled horrible and I could not figure we're the smell was comming from. I turned on the fan and sprayed perfume. I went in a hour later and still horrible. No shower door; Snow channels Shower has no door, just a cloth curtain and water goes everywhere. No ice machine in fridge or elsewhere. TV not setup with the channels; have to flip through empty channels.

Great receptionist /terrible maid services Great service @ receptionist very helpful now with cleanliness no service the maid skipped our room we left right before she got to our room but no service

Dirty Hair on the towels. Sink and cabinets dirty. Tub is rusted and dirty. Would not stay at this hotel and possibly any other Extended stay again.

Supprise I was very disappointed in the "free breakfast" as it wasn't what anyone would expect. oatmeal, apples, granola bars ( the smallest I've ever seen) & coffee... No ice.... But two ice trays to make your own. a wash cloth from the previous quest in the shower, A spider was sitting on it!!! Took three hours to cool the room down.

Nice location, horrible room. The room looked nice when we opened the door. Not after. Dead bugs& hair in the corners. A toilet that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a year & didn't operate. My suggestion, please review rooms with housekeeping before renting them out. I won't be back.
