Don't stay here We Have used hotels.com many times and have been confident with the star rating. Definetly not the case here. My husband and I were transitioning to a new residence and needed interim (1 week) housing. During this transition we were seeking a clean and comfortable stay. The hotel was not clean nor comfortable. There were stains on the walls where things must have been somehow spilled? Possibly thrown. Lazy management Killed a cockroach in the room the first night. Toilet paper inferior enough to be worth complaining about. I wouldn't have bothered with the negative review but I asked them to restock the towels at the pool the first day I was there, and the second day, and the third day. They finally washed and restocked the pool towels on the fourth day. Also, no maid service the entire time.

Worst Hotel Ever The room smelled, was dirty. I called and asked for it cleaned and they said they only clean once a week. The Iron had starch burned on it so you could not use it. The towels were worn out. The cleaning chemicals in the sheets was so strong it burned my skin. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

A place to sleep I was disappointed with the quality of the room. It was overpriced for the quality of the hotel and service provided, but the location is great for visiting Old Town.

a dump the room was filthy the staff evidently does not know how to wash their clothes and overall just a very disappointing experience

Dirty The hotel room was filthy when we arrived late in the evening, the next asked to see the manager in the room so we could show him their issues. There were many the toilet had not been cleaned the kitchen looked like someone just wiped it down with a rag instead of really cleaning. The pool had feces on the pool deck at the edge of the pool they did give us 2 nights free but had I known these issues existed when i booked the room I would have chosen a different hotel.

Not our favorite This was not a good stay for us. The room was clean, but quite small and the neighbors were very upsetting to a point the police had to be called. We left after one night. Location is excellent for visiting Old Town as it's right on the edge of Town so it's close to restaurants and shops.

Horrible Hotel. Please book different hotel. It was a terrible experience. Front desk receptionist Shelby extremely rude and unprofessional. You can't even check in before 3 even tho there were available rooms. I found roaches in bathroom and the wood floors are very sticky. When you need towels, they make you walk all the way to the front office to drop the old towel and pick up new one. only 2 towels per room per day according to her. I would never go back there again.
