他人の部屋の鍵を渡された チェックインでキーを受けるまでは可もなく不可もなしでしたが、いざ部屋に入ろうとすると他人のへやでした。セキュリティ的にも大問題です。フロントに戻って大声出してもベル鳴らしてもも10分以上誰も不在。部屋の割り当て間違いの原因を聞くも、分からないとの一点張り。 その上、プールは工事中なので使えませんとのことで、後から来た客と揉めていました。確かに私達も部屋で落ち着いたらプール入ろうとの思惑でしたが、それは叶わないきぼうでした。 部屋の最悪なところは、エアコンの吹き出し口が窓側の下であり、位置的にベッドと水平で角度調整できません。つまりエアコンをかけると直接風を浴びます。これは風邪をひく可能性高く、顧客はいりょは一切ありません。

Not recommended we were VERY disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance, but no one had informed us. And there were NO lounge chairs, so we couldn't even sit outside. The only good part was that we could walk to Old Town Scottsdale. The breakfast was minimal.

Never go there! Absolutely horrible experience. After a night of drinking and partying in Old town Scottsdale, and pre paying for my room via hotels.com, the last thing you want to happen is to get to your room and have to wait an hour while your drunk. The front desk clerk was no help in notifying her manager whom she did call, that here I am drunk and really need to get to my room. They say it was a part of some audit but I believe they should have another way to get someone to their room during that time. My room should h... read more

Great location, cheap price, you get what you pay We had reserved 2 rooms for 2 nights with the request that the rooms be next to each other. I called to follow up with this request the day before we arrived and was told everything was in place. When we arrived, our rooms were 7 doors apart, not exactly what we had requested. The air conditioners (in both rooms) were so loud that we were awakened several times a night when they turned on. Not worth it... They don't have room service available unless you stay 8+ nights there. Never heard of such a thing. If you need extra towels or blankets you have to go down to the lobby and get them won't take them to your room. The rooms have a kitchen but not a single piece of kitchen aide, silver ware in the room. Overall just seems like they are beyond lazy at this hotel, no special service, not sure that you even get any customer service mine as well check in on your own.

Mold Room smelled, air conditioner did not work and the bathroom was disgusting! Mold mold and more mold!! Not to mention hair in the shower from previous guest...SO GROSS!!!

Spring training Very disappointed in this hotel. The room was small and claustrophobic. No working room to cook. The layout was inefficient. No where to relax. All other Extended Stays we have been at had a recliner to relax in and space to cook. Air conditioning vent right on top of bed. Difficult to regulate temperature in room and constantly had a breeze blowing over us in bed. Totally unpleasant experience. Will not return to this place, nor would we recommend it to anyone else.

Not breakfast, more like something on the fly. OK in a pinch. Not so great for a "fun" weekend with a friend. Not impressed.
