Check in was great. Then not so great. I requested dishes etc. I was promised they would be delivered. 2 days later still no dishes.

Room was dirty, hasn't been updated, shower dripped, noisy people in parking lot etc

Problem with payment. They charged us and said Expedia would have to refund. Rooms were small and dirty. Iron didn’t work and I requested a replacement from the front desk. They didn’t have one, but promised to send one up later…never happened. Will never stay there again!

Convenient to areas we.like. was.told originally, when called hotel to confirm, that non smoking available. Walked into room and.smelled like cigarettes and asked.for another room not available. Due to circumstances other hotels not available. Very not happy

Disappointed Hotel not clean at all broken door latch bathtub drain was broken literally trash under the beds for a non smoking room had burned bathroom counter tops floor extremely dirty windows had never been cleaned possibly for months

Hotel in need of renovation and cleaned Front desk was nice but room was in need of renovation and bathroom was dirty.

Property looked much nicer on line. Room smelled strongly of cigarettes, there were bugs crawling around, stains on the sheets, an inconsistent AC. Would not recommended.
