We stayed at this property 5 years ago and at that time, it was in very good condition. Because of its close proximity to Old Town Scottsdale, we chose this Extended Stay again (we stay at other Extended Stay America locations frequently in our travels). The property, overall, needs lots of TLC (very dirty and in need of repair). We came just in time to get the last room on the property. The actual room we had booked was already taken. The folks behind us in line who had booked a space were unable to get their room. The room we had was not clean, there was no bedding, no toiletries, it was on the second level and the AC did not work. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful as he was trying to do what he could to help us, because without his help we would have had to find another place to stay last minute. Not staying again It wasn’t amazing. Room stench of cigarettes and counter and run were stained. Floor was dirty . I need buying cleaning supplies and cleaning the entire room myself. The next day the room stench returned. Not happy

The area is absolutely beautiful. The front desk staff is THE WORST I EVER Seen. So bad that my 3 month stay i left after one week to go elsewhere.

Found roaches in our room. The chairs in the room were falling apart and stains on the wall. Just overall gross.

They charged me for 4 days after showing them the Expedia confirmation that my stay was changed to 2 days. Terrible customer service and very rude staff. The manger was the worst.

When we first tried to check in we waited for about 20/30 mins with no one at the front desk. Came back later in the day to check in and our room smelled so badly of smoke and chemicals. The first night we were awakened to a car turning on and off as there were people sleeping in their cars outside if our room. Later in the night we went to try bathroom and there were bugs all over the kitchenette and bathroom. This hotel is not worth the price Key never worked, front desk did not respond first night when I returned from a concert around 1am. Had to spend the night at a friends house. Even when my key worked the door would get jammed. For the short time I spent in my room, the floor was filthy, there was dirt in the corners, bugs were present, and there was hair on the bath towel.
