Taylor It was disappointing no pool no breakfast no microwave give me the wrong room I just want my money back I’m very unhappy

Staff was nice. Laundry took credit cards, a huge plus. Floors were new faux wood, helped a dated room feel newer and clean. No dishes in kitchenette, I think you need to ask for them.

Didn't stay long enough to really get a feel for this place. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The person that worked the front desk, was friendly & was working hard. I did not like that she was alone and it was busy, which caused her to leave the front desk often to get things for the customers. I did not realize that this hotel is also being used as a home for some. People hanging out in the lobby area half dressed with unruly children. The smell of weed in the hallway was distrubing. I will not stay there again.

There were pubic hairs on the desk, sink, and in the bed. “Free breakfast” means your choice of 3 granola bars and coffee, and I don’t drink coffee. That was very disappointing, and you shouldn’t advertise it.
