A nice clean, quiet property that was in a good location to where I need to go in the city.

Property was fine for a quick stay but I would not stay for an extended period of time. Staff at the front desk were a bit slow to accommodate my group. Hotel smells of cigarettes in the halls but the smell is not in the rooms. Surprised by the kitchenette in the rooms. Full refrigerator, sink, counter space, and small stovetop would be nice for a long stay. Not many complaints, just not very impressed.

We got there about 5:30pm, room wasn’t ready we had to wait almost an hour, so they could get the room ready.

We are sure this was a result of miscommunication between our housekeeping and front office department since a suite should not be made available for occupancy until the cleaning process is complete and a supervisor has inspected it.
