PROS: The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and provided all of the cookware and dishes we needed. CONS: The outside doors were propped open because the card key reader was broken. Also, we needed an extra key and was not asked for any identification. The staff member just asked for the room number and gave us a new key. He had never seen us before :-(.

Access from 376 and to 376 was unparalleled. Being able to have our dog with us was great and the staff was helpful and friendly, as were some of the guests we met. For those of us unfamiliar with the extended stay experience, it would have been great to have a primer when we checked in as we were expecting daily room clean-up.

Easy check in and out. Sheets weren’t super clean and only had a bar of soap and shampoo in the shower

Hotel in reasonable condition. Staff was very helpful. Seemed like several of the guests were there on a program of some kind. No restaurants in walking distance. Pittsburgh area is not easily navigated for the newcomer. Over all pleasant stay and would recommend if asked.
