Great service and good customer service clean room

The negatives: It's a good thing I carry Lysol wipes with me because the counter tops and bathroom surfaces were filthy. It really looked like they had just replaced the linens and forgot to do anything else. There was even a used coffee cup on one of the nightstands. The positives: The best thing about this stay was the location of the hotel. Perfect distance from the downtown area. It only took us about 10 minutes (in traffic) to get down to Station Square to get on the Ferry to Heinz Field.

The floor was not clean, the glass on the art work was broken, felt unclean

A nice clean, quiet property that was in a good location to where I need to go in the city.

Avoid Our team stayed here for an overnight stay and the place was very dirty, needed vacuuming and total overhaul. They were supposed to get continental breakfast, which consisted of 2 coffee urns that were covered in dust from the front door being replaced. I highly recommend you stay elsewhere.
