You overbooked the hotel so they called me twice that day asking me to give up some of my booked rooms or move to their other hotel. The girl checking us in had a cold or something and was afraid she was going to make me sick bc she kept sniffng and rubbing her nose. The beds were clean and rooms were nice but went to put my clothes in drawer, but it was dirty inside. Other than that the staff was friendly

Cleanest room ever I was surprised at how clean the room was. It was one of the cleanest hotels I have seen in a long time. The room had a small kitchen which was nice though we didn't use it. The bed wasn't the most comfortable that we ever slept in but worked ok. WiFi worked well and some of the other hotels I been to had problems. I was able to connect with in a minute. Breakfast was grab n go but would be nice to have fresh fruit offered or juice.

Overbooked and relocated half hour prior to check On route to the hotel on my scheduled arrival day I was notified that the hotel had overbooked and that I needed to be rebooked at a sister hotel that was further away from the concert venue I was going to. On arrival to the sister hotel I was informed that they would honor the price that the other hotel had guaranteed......only that price was more than the normal rate for the sister location. The staff is very accommodating. The pet area is very large but the grass should be kept mowed.
