No receipt provided :-( Booked on hotels.com but the hotel required a personal credit card for 'incidentals'. Upon checkout, the hotel staff refused to close our my account and provide me with a receipt. Said that 'corporate policy' dictates hat no receipts be given. We will not return.

Poor room service Room service was not done everyday. There was no towel changed or cleaned the bathroom. Waste of money.

Definitely not my first 10 choices. The room worked out perfectly for a last minute booking only needing a few hours of rest. However, I would suggest they change the covers and the towels and do an overall remodel of the furniture and refrigerator in the room. They were EXTREMELY old, worn and kinda scary to use. Once I checked in after 2 am the front desk guy disappeared and I couldn't request a room on another floor higher than the ground floor.

sooooo mass checked in late night but room not clean and also doesn't have pillow cover and not enough towel. totally mass I am never back to this hotel

Not the best stay experience Very loud, could hear the people above us walking around. Did not get a good nights rest. Hotel had an odd oder?

Very poor choice There was a full refrigerator, sink and 2 electric burners with a tiny microwave, but no fisher of utensils. I was not asked Hefner wr checked in ic I intended to use the kitchen, and on checkout, when I asked, was told that they kept the stuff in the check in area "for cleanliness". There are many other hotels in the area. I booked for 2 queen beds and got 2 doubles. The room was small, not much hanging up space and few drawers. 그저그런 그냥 Inn 싼 가격에 지내기는 편하다, 주변시설도 좋고, 하지만 청결, 서비스 등을 기대하긴 힘듬... 다만, 혼자가는 여행 (출장 등)에서 숙박만이 목적인 경우는 추천, 주변에 쇼핑몰 편의점, 식당 등 근접성 좋음

durty clothes we were looking for an electrical outlet to plug in a phone charger and found a small boys dirty clothes...this give us some doubt on the cleanliness of the room...very disappointed...the ad also included breakfast...a packaged granola bar is far from breakfast

customer This time it was terrible. Room smelled than goodness I had lysol in my luggage. Sat on the edge of the bed and the top almost flipped forward. The toilet was stopped up and hair in the bathtub.
