Bed Bugs--Do NOT Stay Here! Upon arriving, there was a garbage bag on the floor in the lobby. The front desk had tape marks on it and typed signs with threatening verbiage describing their policies. The clerk was OK, although he rushed us through check-in to resume a cell phone call. The inside elevator doors had streaks. Our room smelled stale and lingered of cigarette smoke. My kids discovered an empty beer bottle box in one of the cupboards and a half-empty bottle of lemonade in the refrigerator. A thick accumulation of d... read more

No plans to return to Extended Stay This was our 1st time staying at an Extended Stay Hotel. It was the only hotel available to accommodate our stay (3 nights) The staff were friendly and the room was clean. However, the refrigerator was very loud and kept us awake. I had to turn it off so we could sleep. We stayed 3 nights and never had maid service; No fresh towels or beds made. I wasn't aware that this was standard practice for this hotel. No mention of it on their website. The beds were not that comfortable either: very ... read more

OK For The Money Ok for the money. A somewhat convenient area to get into the city. No frills.

I will not stay here again! The room was not equipped with the essentials, plates, forks, spoons, cups etc.. had to go downstairs to the front desk. Not what I expected for what I paid, there was no ice buckets or ice tray in the room at all.. horrible service.

This hotel is wrongly named Extended Stay America. This hotel was dirty, smelly and the parking lot full of people barbqing on the grass, partying. There is no way I would have "stayed" any longer than the one night I needed.

You are throwing away hard earned $!! We had to attend to all of our own needs. Get our own towels, toilet paper, glasses, coffee, coffeemaker. tea, luggage, etc. The shower smelled of mold. I had bed bug bites all over my legs. Other tenants were shooting beebee guns and leaving all of their trash everywhere. And they asked if they exceeded our expectations??? I said NO!

Very Unsatisfied I have booked the hotel with breakfast, but for breakfast I got only 2 serial bars and one cup-cake that to weeks old. That to its a to-go breakfast type. Hotel floor and ceiling was made of cheap material that even if we walk it sounds terrible to the top tenants.

they could care less Had front desk person trying to let other people in my room, and wanted to blame someone else. Glad i used the bar on my door, they didn't even close my door! They woke me out of a good sleep too. Asked what could be done to compensate for this and they wouldn't do anything.Bad time and i won't be back! Poor management here that don't care
