Rude morning staff The staff was at the front door smoking & talking 4 3mins as I waited to check out...
DIRTY bathroom The bathroom was dirty, the front desk staff was very unprofessional-wearing t shirts. I've never stayed in a hotel where I've had to ask for a hair dryer. There were dirty linens hanging in the shower. The "breakfast" was shameful. Plastic wrapped muffins and instant oatmeal. No thanks. I guess you get what pay for. Never again.
Cheap no frills hotel , kitchen in room was nice but wouldn't stay for extended time. Good for stopping to sleep

Ok stay for the price. I stayed 3 days and was told I room service only comes if you stay 5 days or more. You have to go to the front desk if you want new towels and wash clothes.

BED BUGS DIRTY STAFF AND HOTEL and the continental Breakfast is granola bars and muffins. What a joke.

Bad hotel You should delist this establishment from your inventory. I want my money back. The customer service is very poor. I was told to carry used towels to the front desk for replacement. No wake-up call. No cleaning of the room second day. The breakfast is a joke, come packaged cakes and coffee at the entrance.I paid $108.00 per night for this bad service. It should not be called a hotel. The room is sparsely decorated. If you don't take any action I will not go thru Hotels.com any more.
terrible room , dirty, can under the bed , old furniture's, chair really dirty, toilet did not flush, we has to flush it like 3 times at least so all the dirty can go

Dirty rooms, dirty lobby and pathetic breakfast Unclean rooms with very poor and dirty carpets. Bathrooms were not clean. Hair laying all over the bathroom, Toliet was not flushed when we entered the room.
