Not Happy!!! I was so disappointed in this Hotel.... I have stayed many times before and was so pleased. The staff was not friendly, and I think that when you know people are only staying a few nights the room should be cleaned and new towels should be placed back.
Not worth the money Not pleased at all with this hotel! I was told by management that because I booked my reservation through a third-party site, that the bed that I got, which was a FULL size be and not a QUEEN sized bed as stated in my reservation, that those are the types of rooms that are given to people who booked through third-party sites! Will not stay again Upon check in we were told that desk closes at 11 PM. If you don't have your key there is no way to get in! Website says hours of operation are 24 hours a day. We assume the guy at the desk on Friday & Saturday was the manager-he could use a few lessons in customer service & attitude adjustment. The gal at the desk on Sunday was a gem.Floors in kitchen & bathroom were sticky. No bedspread on bed and box spring was still covered in plastic. Disappointed and Unhappy #1138527581822 From the time I had checked in, my reservations were incorrect and they would not even accomdate me. I reserved two rooms both with double beds. They gave me two rooms with queen beds. This was inconvenient to me because I had two teenagers and my boyfriend with me. Then we couldn't shower because the drain was not letting out the water. Hard to believe this hotel is an Extended Stay The room was outdated, small number of tv channels (one HD channel), and no room cleaning or fresh towels for a three day stay. The breakfast was Grab-n-go packaged items and no place to sit and eat.
