Renee helped me check in and was amazing. Everyone did as much as they could to make the stay positive even though the power went out I really appreciate it the cleanliness of the room and I look forward to coming back.

Heat wave emergency This stay was due to an emergency power outage in my neighborhood. Upon arrival the clerk stated I didn’t have reservations. I tried again as I have two children and we needed a place to stay for the night out of the heat. The clerk seemed tired or under the influence of something.

Every thing was fine, but front desk lady gave me a room with single bed where I booked two double bed room, later they changed and morning check out time no one was there where people were waiting at lobby for check out

Disappointed overall but there was a bright spot I arrived very late on my check-in date. I had pre-paid for the room but called ahead anyway to notify the hotel. I was assured that it would not be a problem. Unfortunately, when I got there, I was told there were no clean rooms. I was exhausted and not happy but the night clerk went into action and began to work the problem. It was nearly 2AM but he called his manager.
